With a Direct Cremation there is no visitation or service. The services offered by our funeral home include:        

• Meeting with a funeral director to complete necessary documents                                                              
• Completing the transfer of the deceased to the funeral home                                                                                     
•  Registering the death and obtaining the corner's certificate for cremation                                                        
•  Taking the decease to the crematorium                                                                                                                              
•  Picking up the cremated remains and returning them to the funeral home                                                       
•  Providing as many Proof of Death Certificate as you need                                                                                          
•  Completing and Mailing the Canada Pension applications                                                                                          
•  Cancelling the Old Age Security and Canada Pension cheques for you                                                              

$2,108.20 is the current price and includes our service fee, cardboard cremation container, cremation at Innisvale Crematorium, registration of death, coroners fee and taxes.

These options have no casket present and can take  place at the time of death or at a later time.  

Celebrations of life - most often have no service and is a time to gather to remember your loved one in your own way in a more informal setting.

Memorial services - have a service that takes place to honour your loved one.  An urn is often present but does not have to be. 

For either of these options you may wish to have a slide show, picture boards and albums, music playing and you may wish to have catering , coffee and tea arranged to be present.   Our caterer offers an excellent selection of sandwiches, wraps and desserts.  We will help you choose the time and help you with all the details of your Memorial Gathering or service as well as provide as many Funeral Directors Proof of Deaths as you need, Canada Pension applications and we can cancel the Old Age Security and Canada Pension cheques if you wish.
